This policy explains what information Lola Lorena Ltd. Co. (“Lola Lorena,” “we,” “us”) collects through lolalorena.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small design studio in Fort Worth, Texas, and we only collect what we need to make and deliver your order.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and what you ordered.
- Your card content: the photos, names, wording and recipient address lists you send us for your cards.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Mailing list: your email address and name, if you sign up for our sale announcements.
- Technical information: basic data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and security tools record to keep the site running and protected.
How we use it
- To design, proof, print and ship your order, and to send you proofs and order updates.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To email you about upcoming sales, only if you joined our mailing list.
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting, and to protect the site from fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos in our marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services we use to run the shop, and only as needed for them to do their job:
- Stripe processes card payments, including Stripe’s Link checkout.
- USPS receives your name and address to deliver your order.
- Intuit Mailchimp sends our emails. If you join our mailing list, or when you place an order, your contact and order details are stored there.
- WooCommerce services calculate sales tax and print shipping labels.
- Our printing partners, when an order is printed outside our studio.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies that the shop needs to work, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you logged in. Stripe uses cookies at checkout to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Adobe Fonts, and social links and share buttons connect to Instagram, Facebook and other networks only if you click them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, customer service, and our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete the photos and address lists you sent us once your order is complete.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.
- Your account: if you created an account, you can update your details on the My Account page.
Security
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, security software and trusted providers to protect your information. No website is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Photos of children that parents include on their own cards are used only to make that order.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
