These terms apply when you use lolalorena.com or order from Lola Lorena Ltd. Co. (“Lola Lorena,” “we,” “us”), a design studio based in Fort Worth, Texas. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars. Sale prices apply only during the dates shown on the site.
• Christmas card orders have a minimum of 25 cards. Notecards are sold in sets of 20.
• Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. If a price or product is listed in error, we will contact you before printing and you can cancel for a refund.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout, and sales tax is added where required.

Proofs, cancellations and refunds

Every card order is personalized, and we send a proof before printing. You are responsible for reviewing your proof. Once you approve it, errors in the approved proof are your responsibility. Cancellations, refunds, reprints and shipping are covered in our Order, Proof & Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your photos and wording

• You keep ownership of the photos, names and wording you send us. You give us permission to use them only to design, print and deliver your order.
• You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, including photos taken by a professional photographer.
• We may decline any order with content we consider offensive, unlawful or infringing, and refund it in full.
• We do not use your photos in our marketing without your permission.

Our designs

All card designs, illustrations, patterns and artwork on this site are created by Lola Lorena and remain our property. Personalized cards are for your personal use. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs, or use them to make other products, without our written permission.

Custom design and illustration projects

Client projects are governed by the proposal or estimate for that project, together with these terms. Larger projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. Unless your proposal says otherwise, once you pay in full you may use the final artwork for the purpose agreed in your proposal, and we keep the copyright and the right to show the work in our portfolio.

Using this site

• Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to access accounts that aren’t yours, or interfere with how it works.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login private.
• We do our best to keep product photos and colors accurate, but screens vary and printed colors may differ slightly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control, or for indirect losses such as missed events.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
